Ordered for collection online, was told 20 minutes. Money taken, takeaway completely closed? No one to be seen, no answer after ringing 10 times, so no food but money was taken. Absolutely livid, 36 weeks pregnant and this is the service you get, won’t be ordering again and will be expecting a refund ASAP

Told to collect from just eat order and sitting in their lobby 25 minutes after the food was meant to be ready. This place never gives accurate times for food. It's enough to put me off going back there as time is valuable. To top it off, when I got home it was missing a Saag. Called the restaurant and was asked to go back to get it. Arrived, Saag still wasn't ready. Expected it to be on the front counter for me. Waiting in lobby over 5 minutes again before anyone serves. By the time I got home all my food was cold except for the Saag that they had just cooked. Food had the potential to be nice. My spicy chips were cold and chewy at that point. Inedible. Naan bread for the mixed grill was freezing. The mixed grill was also missing tandoori lamb. The meat was all cold but I tolerated that. Was given a little doner meat and 6 poppadoms to say sorry. Don't eat poppadoms anyways so they all went in the food waste. Yes, really bad experience and it warranted me to look for an alternative in Llanelli going forwards. Service really lets this place down and people expect better when eating out.

Ordered takeaway was told delivery was up 2 an hour ,hour and 40mins later they turned up with my delivery. Food was Luke warm and my curry was very watery. The guy on the phone was like talking to a drip.i wouldn't of given 1 star food and delivery absolutely appalling won't be ordering with them agen.

Previous order of a week ago took two hours to arrive despite constant reassurance from an hour in to the order, than delivery was close by. The food was ok and we thought to give them a try again this week. An hour and a half after the order was made, it was cancelled. I was promised a call back that never came. Two bad experiences without apology, avoid.

placed an order 2 & 1/2 hours after the time stated it would arrive … nothing . Driver cancelled the order , when we rang up we were told they couldn’t find us !! Worst excuse Iv heard yet . Waste of time ! Don’t bother ordering if you actually want food to turn up.

We placed an order and never got it. We had to ring up to find out where it was to be told that it got cancelled as the driver didn’t want to drive to us which is only a 10/15 minute drive away. It’s actually ridiculous, if we hadn’t of rang up we wouldn’t have known it was cancelled. We had no apology off them and are still awaiting a refund.

Worst Indian delivered food we've ever had chips were refried greasy and inedible pathia and murgh bengal mild and bland whereas pathia should be hot sweet and sour . Onion bhaji resembled an onion rissole , biriani was like the microwave rice in a sachet. keema nan well the meat was like a thin paste again inedible , out of the set meal and the extra dish of biryani the only thing that was nice was the poppadoms and chutneys and pilau rice and the 4 pieces of tikka. Very disappointing and will never buy from there again. Delivery was on time.£37 waste of money.

Would definitely recommend!!! Food was delicious, staff were lovely and all at a great price! We got the set meal for 2 for £30 and it came with 2 poppadoms, 2 starters , 2 curry's , 2 rice and 2 naan! Was such good value and very tasty!!! Will be coming back!!!

First time we've ordered a meal from this restaurant but won't be the last, the food arrived in super fast time all the food had been freshly cooked to perfection, salad was crisp and well presented and amazing flavours all with good portions, a big thumbs up from us 😀

I can't believe such poor Palace / restaurants still do business. How can I say this . Staff poor talk to me so so Rude. If staff don't what to work there find a better job . Not my problem . Restaurant look not the cleaner. Food poor and well understand ed Like a baby slop . Would struggle to give to a pig .

First and last time ordering tonight from Shapla. My lamb rogan dish was appalling. There were raw onions and the smallest amount of lamb ever. It tasted like a weak onion soup. The other dish of king prawn dansak tasted fine but the prawns were tiny. King prawns they were not. Delivery was fine but the food was an absolute letdown.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never seen or tasted any Indian food like this. Far too sweet and very runny. Chips tasted like they had been fried a week ago. The Tarka Dahl looked like soup 😳 onion bhaji acceptable. Rice ok I suppose. Keema naan was also the worst I have ever tasted. Poppadom was crispy. I would never ever go here.
